Terms of Use: Pixel Parcel
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These terms apply when you download and play Pixel Parcel (the “Game”), which I publish under the name STEFF WORKS. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Your licence
I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own devices for your own non-commercial use.
2. What you may not do
- copy, modify, sell, rent or sublicense the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Game’s code, levels, images or sounds, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the Game or its ads;
- remove or hide copyright or licence notices.
3. Coins, boosters and purchases
In-game coins, boosters and lives have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. If purchases are available, they are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their rules on refunds. Prices and offers may change.
4. Ads
The Game shows ads, and some of them you can choose to watch in return for a reward. Ads are provided by third parties and I am not responsible for their content. How ad data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the Game, clear its data or change devices, your progress can be lost, and I cannot restore it.
6. Ownership
The Game, including its levels, artwork, characters, music and code, belongs to me or my licensors. Third-party material stays under its own licence: level pictures are based on Twemoji © Twitter, Inc. and other contributors, licensed under CC BY 4.0, and the Nunito font is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. These terms give you no rights in the Game other than the licence above.
7. Changes to the Game and to these terms
I may update, change, suspend or stop the Game at any time. I may also change these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
8. No warranty
To the extent the law permits, the Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law permits, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or lost in-game items. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms together with a parent or guardian.
